After putting in a year of work into getting to know myself and how I want to spend my time to optimize for certain outcomes in my life, e.x. Impacting a lot of people in a beneficial way, starting a successful company, and finding a community of people that share similar ambitions. I’ve come up with a culture that I want to set for the rest of my life, that’s going to allow me to reach my goals.

What are my values:
Hardwork
Integrity (Radical Transparency)
Get Shit Done (Results)

I break it down here.

Before that though, It’d be crazy to think that I can figure out the trajectory of my life or what I want to be at 16 years old. Here’s the thing, I don’t think I did. Throughout this past year, I pushed myself to discover what I’m capable of and how far I can go if I just straight hustled and learned from the best. Something I noticed while being intentional of having high standards and defining the standards that most of my role models meet, I noticed that they all have these three core values in some form or sense.
